Material: 16MnCr5 - Case-hardened

Type of mounting : The bushes are glued directly into the tool plate.You should not tight fitting the bushes as there is a risk that the internal diameter and thereby changing the balls preload.

Hardness : 60 à 64 HRC for maximum wear resistance and durability. Designed for prolonged use thanks to its robust construction and high hardness.

Treatment : Case hardening and tempering for optimum surface hardness.

Type of lubrification : No lubrication, ball bearing guides

Available in 3 tolerance classes for precise matching with the guide bushes according to the need.

Recommendation for use :

• Mounting : The straight sleeve bushes are glued into the plate

1.Degrease with acetone or a similar solvant and thoroughly wipe clean

the outer surface of the straight sleeve bush and the inside of the plate bore.

2. Apply a thin layer of Loctite 601 glue to both surfaces.

3. Insert the bush into the hole while turning.

4. Leave to set for the required amount of time (e.g. 4 hours at 22°C)

Do not exceed working speed. Compliance with working speeds ensures the integrity of the tool and bushe. 

• Environment : Do not store or use the bushe in a corrosive environment.
